Terms of Use

These terms apply between everyone who uses the Auraly AI web application (auraly-ai.com) and the Auraly AI mobile application (together, the "Service") and Mustafa Erhan Portakal, the developer of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Auraly AI is a music discovery application that analyses the mood you describe using artificial intelligence and offers track and playlist recommendations, regional music discovery and a mood journal. Auraly AI is not a music streaming service: tracks are previewed or played through third-party platforms such as Spotify and YouTube; Auraly AI does not host music files.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information when registering and for keeping your account details confidential.
• The account holder is responsible for activity carried out through their account; let us know if you notice unauthorised use.

The Service is currently free. AI-powered features are subject to a daily usage quota so that everyone gets fair access; once the quota is used up it renews the next day. We reserve the right to change quotas, features and any paid plans that may be offered in future; significant changes are announced inside the app.

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose,
• Access someone else's account without permission or attempt to bypass authentication,
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to exceed quotas or place unusual load on the API,
• Copy the Service, reverse engineer it, or re-offer it as a derivative service,
• Submit inputs intended to make the AI produce insults, hate speech or unlawful content.

When you connect a Spotify or YouTube account, those platforms' own terms of use also apply. Tracks, album artwork and artist information come from those platforms and their rights holders; we make no claim over that content. We are not responsible for outages, changes or restrictions on third-party services (for example, a track's preview being withdrawn). You can disconnect at any time.

Recommendations, mood analyses and playlist descriptions are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that these outputs will always be accurate, complete or match your expectations. Auraly AI is not a health or therapy service; mood analysis is performed solely to recommend music and is not a substitute for professional support.

The Auraly AI name, logo, interface and software belong to its developer and may not be used without permission. The mood texts you write belong to you; you grant us permission to process them solely in order to provide the Service (as described in the Privacy Policy).

We reserve the right to develop, change or discontinue the Service or any of its features. If these terms are breached, we may suspend or close your account after a warning, or immediately in the case of serious breaches.

The Service is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service (loss of data, loss of profit, and similar). For services provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the minimum level prescribed by mandatory rules of law.

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account from profile settings on the web or from the Privacy screen in the mobile app; your data is permanently deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For applications made in the capacity of a consumer, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
